The movie I am referring to is actually a yet untitled documentary film about Arrested Development TV show fan phenomenon. The movie has been made with the intention of creating awareness and educating people about this exceptional, humorous and unique comedy series. The film is supposed to feature a number of interviews with cast and creative team, of Arrested Development, in which they are talking about how amazing and ahead of its time, the show was.
The release date of the documentary is not known yet and seemingly it is currently under post-production. However, we can hope that the film will be ready for release sometime later this year. I know this is not what we have been expecting, since the news of a movie based on Arrested Development had really excited us. But then, something is always better than nothing. And, as the movie will surely be made, we can think of this documentary as a bonus.
